We keep the amount in a escrow where we take and hold the salary from the employer and immediately the employee has finished a project , the employee is prompt to not to send the project to the employer but rather upload the project to the Illustration Hub project submission via the portal or support system and the Illustration Hub board will review the project and then upon completion of project and submission the Illustration Hub board will officially release the submitted project to the employer and also officially disburse the payment to the employee upon terminal agreement and successful completion of project appointment.
